What age do you accept students?

We accept students starting from age 4. Lesson duration ranges from 30 minutes for young beginners (ages 4–6) to up to 2 hours for advanced students.

Do you offer piano lessons for adults?

Yes. We welcome adult students at all levels, from complete beginners to advanced players returning to the instrument.

Where are your piano studios located?

Fedorova & Takser Piano Studio has locations in Vancouver and Richmond, BC, Canada. Lessons are available Tuesday through Saturday by appointment.

Question 4

Do you prepare students for RCM exams?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We have over 15 years of experience with the Royal Conservatory of Music program. Our students consistently score above 90 on RCM exams, compared to the Canadian average of 73–78.

Question 5

Who teaches the lessons?

All lessons are taught personally by Daria Fedorova or Ilya Takser — or both simultaneously. We do not use assistants or substitute teachers.

How do I apply for enrollment?

You can submit an admission application on our Contact page at https://pianolessonsvancouver.vip/contact. Due to limited enrollment, a waiting list may apply. We do not select students by ability — everyone who wants to learn is welcome.
